do you guys use multiple defensive formations in a game?

i tend to see many people use one formation and stay through it but for me, i usually torch people who do such things.

when your defense is eh (i don’t get bombed but i give up long drives where i should get off) is it worth using multiple defensive formations and looks?

i use 425 under g for most of my plays and double mug (yes ik sorry…) on empty.
