Spell To Help Heal Past Trauma and Release Anger

My husband is a marine veteran and has fairly severe ptsd/anger issues following 3 deployments. This has unfortunately led to some unsafe situations for us both where he experiences intense anger he says he can’t control and apparently blacks out for major portion. He tried therapy but the VA seemed to just rehash/reamplify his trauma instead of helping him process. He is on medication and we are working with a psychiatrist, but I want to see what spiritual options may be available. I’ve been trying Art of the Root Peace in the Home essential oil by audibly asking spirit to instill peace in his heart and mind and then lighting a candle. Not sure if there are any recommendations for spells to heal trauma and release anger?
