If I have to hear about how tired my husband is one more time...

Need Advice

So, I love my husband and he is wonderful and so supportive. I honestly don't know whether this is just my third trimester rage (FTM 36 weeks 3 days) or if I actually need to address this with him. Here it goes:

My husband works maybe a 6 or 7 hour day at a relatively stressful job, comes home and seems to debrief for most of the evening because of how tired and stressed he is. At the moment, I'm also still working a full-time (albeit, a less stressful job) and taking care of most of the cooking and cleaning in the house (besides when he washes dishes and folds laundry occasionally). In all fairness, he helps when I ask him to but sometimes I have to nag him first. However, I am still vacuuming the house, scrubbing floors, cleaning the bathroom, rearranging ALL the cupboards to fit the baby stuff and cooking all meals.

I am actually exhausted and don't even feel like I have the capacity to continue existing on most days...I haven't had a particularly high risk pregnancy but have had HG and extremely low blood pressure, so I feel awful a lot, and moving around makes it worse. It feels like there's so much to do and I'm doing most of it alone... He completely provides financially for me and our baby girl, and I feel like because he's the breadwinner, my efforts and work aren't really acknowledged or appreciated. What do I do? Is this normal?

P.S please don't tell me he's nonsense and to divorce him. He is the kindest and most sincere human being I know, and he really does provide a lot of emotional support and is so extremely loving. I just think he genuinely doesn't realise the effort that goes into maintaining a household, while being pregnant and working a full-time job. I suspect that in his opinion, he's the one maintaining the household (because he takes care of finances) without realising there are other aspects to it.
