ATM10 .. RS as main storage, AE2 as the crafting unit.. possible to link these together like that?

As the title states .. I'm using Refined Storage 2 as my main storage controller, together with a ton of drawers ofc. now .. since we are forced to use alot of AE2 for the star, and the fact that building the biggest quantum crafting thingy is by far the fastest thing .. I want to build my system up so my RS and drawers are my storage but AE will do the crafting. Is this even possible?? Can I make them talk to eachother in such a way that AE can pull from RS, craft what I want and put it back into RS?? Due to all the non stackable items via Apotheosis, Evilcraft and many other mods AE is just not valid as a system for me due to the stupid type thing. The Deep Storage disks are disabled ( I'm on a server so I have no saying to disabling/enabling anything in configs ). And I don't like the idea of having a wall of 200 disks just to be able to go out and loot my heart out, come back and start putting all the books into my Alexandria, and/or stripping gear with my IF enchant extractor and then crunch the gear in Apotheoses salvager. With RS it's just works. I have a 16384k disk .. and just loot my heart out with no need to worry .. then home and clean up... hence my wish to set it up like my question here.
