Concerned

I’m 23 F. I’m a bit worried because I decided to take a break week from my pills and I still haven’t bleed. It’s been two days since my last dose of my birth control. I took my pills continuously without any breaks for the last couple of months. I did have intercourse with my partner during the last couple months. I am on the norethindrone estradiol combo pill. Should I be concerned? Should I continue to wait or start my next pack of pills?
