Sura hot springs mystery

Just found this game and while I was looking around on the top/third floor, I found some really weird and creepy rooms. I’m a wimp and did not investigate them further but I looked at the badges available for the game and found something EXTREMELY WEIRD. There’s a badge called “Maybe you better get out of here” that only has TWO ever wons, and another one that’s just a jumbled mess that has 8, keep in mind this game has like 7.5mil visits. I can’t find anything online and thought if anyone would like to look into it or knows anything about it, just looks like a weird mystery to me.
