Who here deals with family judgement and expectations around salary or where you are in your career? What is your opinion or experience with it?

I feel this is such a common Desi parent thing (regardless of gender), yet in spaces for Desi women this doesn't get talked about much (as much as say, marital expectations or the opposite extreme of women having to not work outside the house).
