Strange noise with desktop hybrid mode?

Hi there,

I've just built my new PC:

• Ryzen 5 9600X
• sapphire technology Pulse AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT Gaming OC, 8GB
• Windows 11

Then I have:

• Enabled Hybrid mode in BIOS
• Start Furmark2 GL 1080p
• uncheck the "Render furry object"

THE FACTS:

discrete GPU power usage drops from about 160 to about 60, but a high frequency noise can be heard. At first I tought of the fans, but that's just not possible and the noise starts and stops exactly when the furry object disappears/reappear.

THE SUSPECT:

It feels like the GPU load is going back and forth from the iGPU to the discrete GPU, like "this load is too light for the discrete GPU, but too heavy for the iGPU"
