Looking for a YouTube comedy music video from around 2013–2016 — “I am the sushi man” parody

Hi all, I’m trying to track down a funny YouTube music video I saw around 2013–2015. It featured a young guy (probably Asian or doing a comedic Asian accent) wearing a Japanese-style headband (hachimaki), dancing around with exaggerated moves. He sang in English and mentioned sushi ingredients like “avocado,” “sashimi,” and other sushi staples.

One of the key lyrics I remember was something like:
“I am the sushi man!”

The video had a very meme-y, parody vibe, and parts of it were filmed outdoors. It wasn’t a polished professional music video, more like a comedic sketch or viral meme.

Does anyone else remember this video or know where I can find it? I’ve been searching for ages and it’s driving me crazy!

Thanks so much!
