Anyone noticed that Vex in Fabled world tier are 200 power?

We are capped at 150 and vex are 200 power, which means I’m playing missions 50 power below when it should be 30. This sucks because I was enjoying melas panoplia but now I can’t since the enemies are 50 power above me. The fallen are not though
