side effects are scaring me badly

hi, only on day 4 of taking 10mg. I feel like SHIT. I feel like I've been ran over by a truck. my entire body hurts like I have the flu, bad nausea & headache. had the worst panic attack that I've had in awhile. just woke up from dead sleep feeling incredibly on edge, everything was weirdly double vision/slow motion for awhile & scared me even more. during my panic attack last night, I almost called 911 because I was convinced my throat was closing. are these normal side effects??? do I need to stop?
