Make-up looks nice in low lighting but awful in bright lighting

I always have this problem with my makeup where it looks nice in low lighting (not like pitch black) but whenever I go take pics in the sun it looks awful. It looks cakey and and so much texture and orange. I thought the orange might be my bronzer but I changed it to a lighter one which seems to help a little.

This is routine

-Moisturer & primer (elf)

• flawless filter & a very light foundation (hnb cosmetics)

• elf concealer

• elf cream contour -elf brow gel -elf loose powder

• rimmel natural bronzer

• NYX blush

• revolution powder highlighter

• maybe line sky high mascara

• Kiko gloss -L’Oréal setting spray

• i literally don’t have a clue what I’m doing wrong. I just want my makeup to look nice in pictures. Any tips and advice will be greatly appreciated!!! Or any makeup products that are affordable.
