Uncomfortable feelings and mild pains in my chest

Cardiac

I am a fifteen year old girl. For quite some time (a good couple months or even a year or so) I have been experiencing an uncomfortable feeling in my chest. It is not constant but is frequent. It lasts for several minutes. It is not overwhelming just uncomforable I feel it in either side of my chest. My parents have attributed it to 'anxiety'. I will admit that I do have an anxious disposition but I don't think that anxiety is a likely cause. When ever I feel anxious, I experience a fluttery sensation in my stomach. Often I am in a relaxed state when the chest pains begin.

Typically when I experience the chest pains I am lying down or sitting. I find it difficult to describe pain but I will do my best. It is almost a pulsing pain but not quite? I may have trouble taking deep breaths when it occurs. It is a slight discomfort but its frequency and location have concerned me.

Only several times it has been so severe I thought I was having a heart attack. I was lying in bed when the took over my chest and I struggled to move. However I made my made downstairs only to be 'reassured' that I had probably just pulled a muscle.

In addition to chest pain, another unusual sensation I have been experiencing is a strange hollow, numb feeling in my arms and legs.

I really struggle with binge eating and I often consume far more sugar than what is recommended. I have done this for three years, ever since I began secondary school. I mean an insane amount. I often try stop but I do it on impulse so its something I really struggle with. I get enough exercise, however. I often run my dog and I kayak. I typically get 12,000- 20,000 steps a day. This, of course, has likely not cancelled out my sugar filled diet. I do enjoy healthy foods but sweet crap foods have had a hold over me. My resting heart rate ia 54bpm. I am 58kg (127.6 lbs) and 160cm (5'3). I am a healthy weight for my height according to the BMI and the waist to height ratio.

With all that said (it is a lot, apologies) I would to know if anyone could tell me whether I am over reacting or is this truly a cause for conern and what it may be. I also would like to know whether this warrants a visit to the doctors. Please feel free to ask more questions. I am very grateful for any help. Thank for reading. Note: I have put on the cardiac flair because thats what I think this post concerns
