Looking forward to buy s24 is it worth it

Guys I'm looking forward to buy a new smartphone ...I'm considering to buy s24 (Exynos) varriant ...but I'm seeing too many ppl on internet saying s24 isn't that great in terms of battery and have heating issue as well...Well I don't play games much...I do play rarely and that too for few days and thn I'll delete it...my usage is mainly Youtube, insta ,Netflix and browsing. Guys pls suggest should I buy the S24 or should I wait till oct for new S25FE ... Budget is somewhere $500/40k.... Pls suggest something else than iphone 15 my brother already have that.

Here is the list of some things I'm considering while buying new one.

• Should be compact i don't need a brick of 6.7/6.8inch. • Good camera and video recording. • Bright and impressive display (good refresh rate) • should be lag free in day to day task and in long term (3-4 years).
