Weird Crashes on PC (Vanilla)

Bug

Ok so recently I've been getting a lot of crashes lately and I think I found the triggers but I'm not sure what is happening. Whenever I hold control and move sideways (hit d) my game will crash. Also when I just simply hit the j key on my keyboard the whole game crashes!!!😭 I don't have any binds to that key and I verified game files and everything but I don't know what is happening. I play with no mods and I play on steam. This is what the crash says:

Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000000000000009
