Any Tips for M*sturbation after GAOP? (MTF)

15 Months Post OP now. And Right now the only Thing i can do for self Pleasure is "Rubbing" the Neoclt this resaults in a short O which isn't nearly as Intense as what Im Feeling after while having Sx. I also only can get one O from "Rubbing" while Im Always reaching multiple O with s*x?

Any Tips?
