T-boost before vacation

What is the ideal amount of days to do no fap before my clubbing vacation to Prague, to get my testosterone at its highest. I go monday, if i stopped jerking from now on it’d be 9 days clean when its monday. If I did one today it would be 4 days clean and still going if I don’t have sex the first day. Advice?
