Garnier no bleach hair colour

Hi! So ive been wanting to colour my hair again with the no bleack colours. Already used birds of paradyes cherry coke gloss tint. It was subtle and bled a lot but didnt do any damage to my hair and was easy to take care off. Now ive been wanting to get a haircut and colour again and i saw garnier one too…ive been wondering if its worth it? Will it do damage to my hair? I read somewhere it makes your hair dry and you have take extra care…
