Did joyFball scam me?

I ordered from joyfball 3 weeks ago and all I’ve received is a order confirmation email I’ve been worried because they haven’t sent me my shipping number. I’ve been emailing them for the past week and they have said that they can’t find my order and they told me to send them a picture of my order number and so I did and they still say they can’t find it. What I noticed tho is that I received my confirmation order email from joyfballshop@outlook.com so I don’t know if that’s them because I ordered from joyfball.info please let me know anyone!!!
