double build help

Hi, I currently have a pc that I've been upgrading, but now I want to repurpose the old parts for a home nas and I am a bit lost.

Currently I have:

ryzen 7 5700x3d

thermalright peerlees assassin

amd radeon rx 9060xt

gygabite b450m ds3h matx

32 gb ram g.skill aegis 3000mhz

bitfenix whisper m 750w

2 1tb seagate hdd

ssd 256 sandisk

ssd 120gb crucial

ssd nvme 512gb samsung

nox hummer zx zero

As spare parts I have:

ryzen 5 2600

amd stealth wraith

amd radeon rx580 8gb

My idea is to use the old parts and the current mobo to create the nas with the smallest case I can find to fit everything and buy what is missing for the gaming one, including new ram if it makes sense to upgrade to 3200mhz and a beefier psu (1000w or more) for future gpu upgrade.

How will you setup both pcs?
