OPV Replacement - Silvia 2024 - Spanish

Is anyone able to give me some guidance please on changing the OPV valve on a 2024 model Silvia, made in Spain?

I had issues, so bought a replacement, which I installed but couldn’t get tight enough so it does leak.

Any help would be much appreciated!
