Can’t decide which one to pull between 2 future characters

So, since I have seen Wind Vast, I’m in love with her and want to save to make her A6 with her weapon. I think I can manage until she releases with 4 stars, A0F0 Joker and A6F0 Ann.

For future characters I want to pull only one between Makoto or Chord.

Reason for Makoto is to cover nuke type DPS and for Chord you know I heard she is also one of the best supports.

I currently have like 250 pulls saved with guarantee, I’m little spender, I buy daily gems bundle and battle passes.

Which one of those two would be the wiser to pull?
