How to use Lorebook on Janitor AI?

I've been reading about Lorebooks recently after seeing the post on the Discord thread for AI-models. Unfortunately, the thread is 1000+ messages long and the guide was deleted before I could read it properly, so I'm here to ask some questions.

1. How do you write a lorebook? I've seen people do all sorts of things about commands and stuff and I can't differentiate if its for Gemini only or it applies to Deepseek too (I use it on Openrouter).
2. How do you use a Lorebook on Janitor AI? I saw one of the bots on the trending page have one and I would like to try making a bot using a lorebook. My main concern is mostly how do you apply it on Janitor AI?
