What would do you if your ex wants to get back with you?

Problem/Goal: 7 months after breaking up and after 1 month of no contact, my ex realized that she still loves me after making out with someone else and tried to ask if we could still work.

Context: We broke up last year december due to my lack of transparency and broke her trust, there was no cheating involved. I chased after her for 6 months and only realized a month ago na it’s probably time to let go na. She dated another guy between those 6 months, and she’s saying na it was because masama ang loob niya sakin and wala siyang pakielam sakin that time, which I can understand because everything was initially my fault nga naman.

Now, I can confidently say na I’ve changed naman and corrected myself. I still love my ex, but thinking that it took her this long and making out with someone to realize my worth to her is confusing me. Now she’s pulling out and saying na it’s not worth it anymore due to me expressing my hurt and disgust over it, despite letting her know that I’ll still probably forgive her.

Technicalities aside, she was single that time and she didn’t do anything wrong. But if she’s this guilt stricken over what happened, then she knows deep inside that what she did isn’t right. Now I’m not sure if I should comfort her to let her know na I can still forgive her.
