Doing BBA (5th Sem), planning for MBA — Any info on good colleges in India? Especially XLRI (Christian minority)

Hi everyone,

I’m currently in the 5th semester of my BBA and starting to explore options for doing an MBA in India. I’m especially interested in reputed institutes like XLRI, and I came to know that they offer Christian minority status, which I might be eligible for.

A few questions I’d really appreciate help with: • What is the admission process for XLRI under the Christian minority quota? • Do they have specific seat reservations or cutoffs for minority applicants? • Are there any other top colleges in India offering benefits or reserved seats for Christian minority students? • Is work experience compulsory for XLRI or other top-tier colleges, or can I apply directly after graduation? • Any entrance exams I should start preparing for now (like XAT, CAT, GMAT)?

If you have any tips, resources, or personal experiences to share, I’d be really grateful. I’m trying to set a clear plan so I can start preparing accordingly.
