Please help my organize my new World

I don't know if thats the right sub for this. If its wrong here, please just remove. Now on to my problem.

I want to create a new world for my DnD Campaigns. In fact I already started. Started with 2 Cities, now working on my first pantheon and want to expand from that. I got a strategie to get me going, but was I noticed pretty fast here and also in my old world I played for around 6-7 years in: I'm really bad in organizing.

Well, I have to add, that I have ADHD, so I try to squeeze as much information in the least amount of text possible, because otherwise I'm just exhausted from reading, when I need the infos.

Now my question(s) Do any of you have similar problems? How did you deal with it? And when it comes to Cities, Counties, Kingdoms etc, what are the most crucial information which you actually need to write down and how would you organize it?

Please help me. I wouldn't ask, if I didn't suffer from this for a really long time now. I tried so many stuff in the past years. Always changing my systems, which just leds to more confusion and therefore frustration.

Also: What software do you use for it? Used OneNote for a long time. Also tried Obsidian for a bit.
