Cyclical Keto increases lifespan more than continuous keto. Any arguments?
A study was done with rats and they found that cyclical keto (eating keto 5 days and carbs for 2 days) increases lifespan by 7-10 years.
However a study was done as well and said that doing keto continuously for 6 months caused your epigenetic age to reverse by 7 years.
Any advice? Id like to do cyclical keto because i want to increase my lifespan since I have a disease that causes your lifespan to decrease by 20 years on average. However, I am addicted to carbs and have issues with it. If I even eat a little bit of carbs I end up suffering with cravings and engorge myself with more carbs.
Any other things that increase lifespan? Why is cyclical keto better than continuous keto. Any opposing arguments?
