grey mrkt ?

i deal with severe nerve pain and have used black market opiates in the past but i cannot afford to get caught up in that realm again. i have switched over to using kratom alkaloids but this is a very expensive rabbit hole to go down as half life is very short and tolerance builds quickly, are there any other grey market (research, etc.) options for managing my pain?
