How do I apply for a golden visa for the high achiever in university category for a masters degree?

Hey guys,

I have gotten my academic transcript and the degree attested by KHDA and the AD ministry and have all the required documents ready.

At first I was told, I would need a nomination certificate from my university to be able to apply for it from my end. But, my university is claiming that process is just for undergraduate and not for post graduate. And for post graduate id have to handle it on my own.

I have applied for the nomination certificate through ICP portal and was rejected without a reason. So I am kind of lost as everyone I speak to gives me the process for undergraduate and not Masters.

Can I get some advice here if anyone has done this process or if someone is aware of how this can be done.
