Bank Switch eligibility

Hi all, I did a lot of bank switch offers at the end of 2023 and early 2024. Does anyone know if these sort of ‘reset’ and I can now keep switching back to them? As I saw someone said they get rid of your data and then you can but not sure on time frames? Namely Lloyds and first direct.
