my dad has been doing stuff with me and my mom knows

idk if this is the place for actual confessions but idk where else to post this and i just need somewhere to get this off my chest. i dont use this app much sorry if its hard to read..

basically, for some years now, my dad has been touching me sexually and even having actual sex with me sometimes. at first i felt kind of guilty about it because i always knew it “wasn’t right” but it’s always felt SO good like he just knows what to do bc i can’t even touch myself like how he does. i used to feel super guilty but it kinda went away after a while especially because he doesn’t actually put his penis in most of the time. don’t really want to say every thing on the public post but it’s mostly just touching on the outside and stuff or fingers. eventually i did liked it but was still scared because i thought if my mom found out she would disown me or leave my dad, well this only lasted a while. yesterday me and my mom were in the car together and she asked me to be honest if me and dad have been fooling around. at first i said no but she showed me a video on her phone that my dad took so she basically knew i lied but she said she wasn’t mad and that she has known for a long time. then last night when my dad was touching me she was there and watching and talked to me. i kind of feel a lot better now just that im not lying to her anymore but also don’t have anyone to talk about it to besides them. if anybody else is similar to me lmk
