Ender 3 layer shifting

I recently upgraded my main board , upgraded to direct drive , got a BL touch and a BTT touch screen And I seem to be having consistent issues with layer shifting. Yes I’m pretty sure my z offset is calibrated. Yes I got all the appropriate software/firmware … ( I think) I’ve slowed down the print speed and tightened my belts , idk what else to do , I swapped all of this from my buddies Ender 3 V2, but it was doing the same thing on his as well figured it was an update thing but apparently not..
