Cloning and NFC iOS app.

I currently unlock my apartment garage door by tapping my phone, using a dedicated access app, with what I assume is either an encrypted digital credential stored on my phone to an NFC reader or a BLE.

• Firstly, how do I know if it’s NFC or BLE (the app requires Bluetooth and Wifi to be on)?
• Secondly, has anyone here successfully used their flipper to clone a similar setup, as a second access key?
