help many accounts of me and my mom are getting hacked including reddit

like in the title

os is windows 11 virus scan made by malwarebytes

the accounts mostly have diffrent Emails and passwords 2/3 of my main emails have been used my real name wasnt attacked yet
affected accounts in order of breach: Instagram, 1-2 days later google, then 4 days ago reddit, yesterday amazon account from my mom

im also now in a lot of 18+ related communities wich i never joined before

the amazon account was used on my pc but not in the last few weeks

i ran a virus scan on my PC there was a trojan but its now removed and the hacks kept coming
also ive recently transfered my moms phone to my old phone i suspect that thats where the virus took over idk tho
