How to add a personal touch to a large team

What quick wins does everyone have to help foster a culture of development. I have a team of 24 and I'm really struggling for ideas to make personal connections with my team as well as manage the workload that 24 CC agents and running a new department brings.

I'm already making sure we have regular catch ups, buzz sessions, coaching and just offline time off the phones when the operation allows. I always try to mix the buzz sessions up with a mix of fun/informal and also formal ones
