Loud ass breathing

Whenever I breathe through my nose my gf describes it as sounding like snoring. I feel like I can’t get enough air through my nose and feel as though I have to breathe through my mouse to feel satiated. I’ve had turbinate reduction and adenoidectomy. Pls help
