How is the cheating situation?[Discussion]

I've been thinking about getting into tarkov again but then i remembered how bad it was with the ceaters a few months ago. I saw a post from tarkov saying they have banned over 2k cheaters since july 9th but I dont really know if this helps. I would appreciate if you could tell me your recent experiences.
