Anyone else getting constantly Error 140'd since the last update?

I can't seem to publicly matchmake at all anymore. I've verified my files, I've toggled my crossplay settings, I've messed with my DNS stuff, but nothing works. Dunno what else to do but whine and wait for a fix.
