Lost in translation
A lot of times my phrases get lost in translation and I’m trying to put them into better words or phrases in Russian that make it clear.
If I tell someone that “you’re my person” it seems to be taken as a feeling of ownership, that I’m implying “you are mine” but obviously it’s meant as a romantic term of endearment. Whats a better way to say this with a Russian term or phrase?
Additionally, I was told:
Ты просто человек, который для меня важен.
Я с тобой разговариваю, как с мужчиной. Каждый день.
What do these mean on the receiving end?
