HomeKit response time and Bluetooth interference on Apple Watch 9

Can I have your experiences how responsive HomeKit feels? Thank you for your inputs in advance.

It takes my phone less than a second to turn off the lights, but the watch within the same environment takes 14 seconds.

It’s a regular 45mm series 9 cellular with no sim. I’m sitting less than three feet from the WiFi router and home setup is Philips with Apple TV on Ethernet etc. so it’s really reliable.

One thing I noticed though is the watch creates an incredible amount of Bluetooth noise. AirPods works without any issues but I need to turn off the Bluetooth to use my JBL speakers otherwise it just constantly cuts off. I took it to Apple multiple times but all the diagnostics came up clean.
