Soulmate or coincidence?

I am very in love with a man, but broke up with him because he had commitment issues regarding marriage. Recently, I discovered that there are some dates that synchronized with me/us and I am wondering if I should reach out to him because it’s a sign.

At an event we found out that I have the same name and birth date as his grandmother. Today I started to look into more and discovered that the same grandma passed away on my mom’s birth date. To make it more interesting, I found out that her husband’s (his grandfather) birthday was on the same date that we found out that I share a birthday with her and he passed away on the date I found out my ex is not sure about getting married. Is this just me searching for dates or something more? Thnx
