Driving School worst experience
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Driving School and I feel it’s important to share this so others are aware. Two days ago, I visited their main branch to take my mock test. After finishing, the instructor informed me via message that I was ready and should book my theory test. I wasn’t told that I needed to book it through the receptionist, so I assumed I could do it online. The next day, I attempted to book the test. However, there was no clear guidance from their customer service. Every time I called, the only response I received was “We will call you back.” I was put on hold for a long time and kept getting transferred from one person to another, having to explain my situation all over again. It was exhausting and frustrating. Finally, at night, they sent me a payment link and promised to call me in the morning with the schedule. The next morning, the same poor coordination continued. A representative (who was also quite rude) hurriedly booked me for a 10:15 AM test — while I was on the phone with her at 9:30 AM! I was still at home, and it takes at least 45 minutes to get there. Feeling pressured, I agreed without thinking, but I soon realized I couldn’t make it in time. I tried calling them back immediately, but no one responded. When someone finally did, I was told it was my fault for confirming the slot. No accountability from their side. Just blame and zero empathy. Throughout this whole process, I felt disrespected, unheard, and mistreated. It was as if I had to beg just to get a proper schedule. Their customer service is severely lacking, and the rudeness of their staff made the experience even worse. I’m posting this to warn others and to hopefully connect with people who have gone through the same issues with this school. We deserve better treatment, especially when we’re paying customers trying to follow the rules.
