Is it still possible to get Barrow Dyad after TFS?

I'm one of those players that couldn't purchase the expansion back when these episodes were active, but I managed to get Choir of One and the other exotic shotgun from Episode 2 (I forgot the name) thanks to Xur.

Is there a way to get Barrow Dyad now? I see Encore and Kell's Fall missions are available so I suppose you get the weapons from there now, but what about the Episode 3 weapon?
