Farm planner help and ideas

Hello, I am hoping to make a spreadsheet or something to help with managing my farm, I am on ps5 so I don't think there is anything in game that can help with this. I am thinking monthly planner. field information like crop planted, field size, expected yield. Maybe production input and output.

I have attempted to create my own but am in an endless loop of changing it or thinking of other ways and starting all over again. I'm terrible with this sort of thing so I'm wondering if anyone has anything like this you wouldn't mind sharing for inspiration or help on getting started with it?
