Royale High Bug: Unable to view paper airplane notes

IDK if this has been talked before but it's annoying because the game not only doesn't allow me to get the airplane because it bugs me out of the tower you're supposed to teleport into after climbing the ladder, but I can't read the notes either. My friends, and other people can, but whenever I pick the plane up it disappears. This has been tried in different servers, with different paper airplanes, and people. Any ideas/advice??
