Should I go back to my ADHD diagnosis
My mental health has been drained lately. I just feel like I cannot be exposed to high stress or I will just lost myself. I don't know if this is because I am not strong or independent enough. ADHD has been affecting my studies and how I interact with people. Lots of things happened recently and I don't know how to cope with it. I am just trying to be a better person. I am in university right now and I really struggle with reading. I don't know if I am pathetic or anything. It's really affecting me for years. Also, I am either hyper focused on something or distracted very easily. Non of my friends know that I have adhd because I never tell them. I am too afraid to speak about my mental health because I get judged all the time talking about it. So when someone talks about the things I struggle with, I am usually open with them. I grew up in Asia and struggled with my studies. I had trauma from that because people used to tell me I am dumb all the time. My friends all think I am smart and I don't need to worry about anything but I am really struggling. I don't know who to talk to. I am drained as hell mentally. Also, when I try to make friends and get too comfortable with them, I get attached very easily and get hyper talkative. Most of the time, that is what distance me from other people. I really don't know what to do. This is the only place I can vent. Can someone give me any advice? Does anyone experience the same thing as me? There's so many things happening in my life right now and I feel so helpless.
