Labret with Muay Thai

Hello I got my labret peirced maybe like 4-5 weeks ago and I haven't been sparring in training because of it I wanna avoid breaking my teeth. Can I take it out for sparring it would be for like 30 mins to an hour ? Also is there another type of bar I can put where the peircing is, like a squishy one or something so when I get punched it the face it won't affect the pericing ? Cheers
