Knock off buff is reverted.

I personally believe knock off is too overpowered. It is such a free move to click, and the loss of megas and z moves have worsened it. So what if knock was again back to its gen 5 state, where its back to 20bp and is not used for damage. This limits the viable user and incentives a separate slot like a spinner. It also increases attack. I know knock off is important in this boots meta, so would boot spam stall would be too op, or should boots also be removed if the knock off buff is reverted?
