Basemental gangs not showing up in options

Hi all,

I'm having issues with basemental gangs. I downloaded all the basemental mods, all's working well except for gangs. I've tried deleting and reinstalling it again, delete localthumb, still doesnt work, I even deleted venue list and redownloaded it again as well. Still not working :( Can anyone help please?
