Hi, I’m having a tubal ligation tomorrow

I’m 34 and have never wanted kids. Being pregnant has terrified me and I personally find it a bit unnatural. I’m curious for those who have had a tubal ligation done how long was the recovery time? What was the pain like? I’m having my tubes removed which is a blessing.
